Summer is celebrated daily in the Lawndale Library Ocean Friendly Garden. Five months after completion of this G3 Design Project, this garden finally is ready to be photographed and documented. Teen Friends of the Library already are harvesting and eating produce from their vegetable garden.

Does anyone remember what it looked like just a few months ago? This garden was built through Hands-on Workshops with funds from Best Buy, West Basin MWD, and Surfrider Foundation.
