Most of the Ballona Creek Watershed is devoted to residential use, and most of our water bills pay for exterior water use. Ocean Friendly Gardens (OFG) and similar programs offer us hands-on ways (HOWs) to conserve water and reduce pollution at our homes, parks, schools, and workplaces.
