This professional certification workshop is brought to you thanks to the generous support of the Santa Barbara County Water Agency and the Network of Santa Barbara County Water Providers (RWEP).  The location is in mid-county at the Santa Ynez Valley Grange Hall; 22374 Alamo Pintado Avenue; Los Olivos, CA.  Space is limited, and registration will be closed when the limit is reached.

The workshop involves both classroom and field work, dress comfortably for both. Bring a hat, closed toed shoes, gloves, a reusable water bottle, sun screen, calculator, note pad and pens/pencils. Plan on carpooling where possible.

Information about accommodations near the venue will be supplied via email.

Healthy, organic breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon snack will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions as part of your booking.

In order to earn the EPA’s WaterSense approval, you will need to successfully complete the two days of coursework, complete the irrigation audit conducted in class, pass the exam and complete a site evaluation. The fee for this class includes one exam fee and the site evaluation review fee.

REFUND POLICY  All requests for a cancellation refund must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the Workshop.  Please include the name, title, company and address of the registrant.  Cancellation notifications must be sent to:Events@GreenGardensGroup.com or delivered by US Mail, FedEx or other express carrier to: G3, LLC; 149 S. Barrington Ave. Suite 758; Los Angeles, CA 90049.

Up to 3 weeks before the workshop: If, within 3 days of booking, you find you can no longer attend, please let us know and we will either reschedule you for another set of dates or refund 100%.

Three weeks before the workshop: Cancellations received prior to 5:00 pm PST, three days before the start of the workshop will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on or after 5:00 pm PST two days before the start of the workshop are not refundable.

If you cannot attend the Workshop, you may transfer your registration to another attendee. Transferring a registration will require formally updating the confirmation with the new attendee’s information. Please email Events@GreenGardensGroup.com to receive assistance in transferring a registration. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days of confirmation of cancellation. No refunds will be granted for any reason on the day of the Workshop or after the Workshop has begun.

‘Pay It Forward’ Tickets – Available ONLY to Participants Working/Living in Santa Barbara County

By selecting a $75.00 ‘Pay It Forward’ Ticket, the participant is agreeing to assist Santa Barbara County Water Agency, RWEP and it’s contractors, on an as-needed basis and to the best of their ability, in promoting and marketing its Water-Wise Landscape Workshops, and/or assisting G3 in organizing and administering the homeowner-focused Water-Wise Basics Classes and Design Seminars.

Participants who do not agree to ‘Pay It Forward’ may select a discounted $200.00 ticket, provided participants verify their living/working address is within Santa Barbara County.

Students who have taken the WWLP Certification Workshop anytime prior to May 2016 may select the ‘I Need A Refresher’ ticket to register for this workshop. Eligibility for this ticket must be approved by G3.

Participants who do not live/work in Santa Barbara County, and are not taking the workshop as a Refresher, are not eligible for discounted tickets and must pay the full ticket price of $500.00.  Please email Events@GreenGardensGroup.com for information about how to register as an out-of-county participant.
