Commercial Landscapes

Commercial Landscapes Demo Gardens in public commercial, institutional, or industrial sites use the key regenerative practices of the Watershed Approach to landscaping. Our team of landscape architects and designers have developed projects for water and storm agencies, non-profits, municipalities, and private customers.
Design/Build services provided by G3 as subcontractor to Flower to the People, Inc. (CA C-27 #772065)

Our demonstration design projects include:

  • Community input and engagement to better understand the relevant aspects of an effective and community-supported demonstration project
  • Conceptual designs developed with landscape designers or construction drawings with landscape architects
  • Presentations produced for fund-raising and consensus building within the community of stakeholders
  • Landscape construction supervision of the demonstration projects
  • Hands-on-Workshops coordinated and implemented during the construction process to draw in the community and provide practical experience in Watershed Wise landscape design/installation
  • Maintenance training conducted for facilities managers and landscapers
  • Sites monitored over a specified period and recommendations provided for follow-on stewardship to ensure the healthy development of the properties over time
  • Our newest projects include Take Back the Turf projects for Flower to the People, Inc.
