Los Angeles homeowners are eager to save money on their water bills.  Gardeners can help homeowners reduce their water use and save money by transforming their landscape.  In this hands-on training we will cover:

  • Sustainable gardens with low water use plants
  • Drip irrigation
  • Soil health and mulching
  • Rainbarrels and more!

Lunch and snacks are provided along with a workbook and training materials.  Certificates of completion are provided to all who complete the workshop.

This program is provided by a Community Partnership Grant from Los Angeles Dept. of Water & Power in partnership with TreePeople.

The event is free, but registration is required. Scroll down and complete the registration below to secure your place in the class.  Each person attending the class must register. A confirmation will be sent with more instructions and parking instructions, if they are necessary.

Lunch start time: 11:30 AM, so try to arrive 15 minutes early in order to settle into your seat.
