Join us in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday, November 16th for a Landscape Design Seminar. Learn how to replace your lawn with a climate appropriate garden and manage your landscape using the Watershed Approach. The event is hosted by LADWP, the Los Angeles Beautification Team, and the Los Angeles Unified School District. This three-hour interactive workshop identifies the steps for successfully designing a water wise landscape – including;
- Evaluating your landscape as a mini-watershed
- Understanding and contouring for rainwater
- Building healthy living soil
- Managing your landscape without chemical inputs
This Seminar will take place at Eagle Rock High School. The event is free, but registration is required. Scroll down and complete the registration below to secure your place in the class. Each person attending the class must register. A confirmation will be sent with more instructions and parking instructions, if they are necessary.
Start time: 10:00 AM, so try to arrive 15 minutes early in order to settle into your seat.

PayPal is only the processor for our financial transactions, but you don’t have to pay that way. When you click on the Paypal button it takes you to a screen with the option to Pay by Card. After selecting that, you’ll be asked to enter your email and phone for verification. You'll then receive a secure log-in code to access payment by Credit Card. Whew!
