Join us in Los Angeles CA, on Saturday, May 21st for a Landscape Design Seminar. The start time is TBD and will be emailed to registrants asap. Learn how to replace your lawn with a climate appropriate garden and create your own landscape design. The event is hosted by LADWP and the Los Angeles Beautification Team. This three-hour interactive workshop identifies the steps for successfully designing a water wise landscape – including;

• Understanding and contouring for rainwater
• Creating a list of climate appropriate plants
• Placing plant symbols on a plan using key design principals

This Design Seminar will take place at the Carthay Elementary School located at 6351 W Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90048. The event is free, but registration is required. A confirmation will be sent with more instructions, the class start time and parking instructions.
