Join us in-person on Wednesday, January 28, for the first Climate-ready Landscape Academy “Soil Health and Edible Landscapes” workshop hosted by Eastern Municipal Water District.
This workshop dives into the importance of soil health and how to create a successful edible garden. Some topics covered include:
- The ‘soil party’ and the relationship between plants and soil
- Different types of compost and how to create them yourself
- Soil testing and alternative soil amendments
- Integrate edibles in your landscaping
- Successfully irrigate edible landscapes (in places that need it)
Advance registration is required. Please make sure to sign up below.
