Join us for a ZOOM Webinar on Thursday, November 21, 2024, for a free Rainwater Capture workshop hosted by Santa Clara Valley Water District.

We do get rain in California, but unfortunately, the amount we hold on to is minimal. This webinar focuses on best management practices for passive and active capturing of rainwater in the landscape. Join us and learn about:

1. 1. Criteria and considerations in selecting a rainwater capture method
   2. Working with cisterns
   3. Designing swales and berms (calculations, setbacks, installation)
   4. Directing water into rain gardens
