Join us for a ZOOM Webinar on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, for a free Garden Design workshop hosted by California American Water and Monterey Peninsula WMD. This is part of a series on learning how to design a yard using the principles watershed wise landscaping.  In this class you will learn how to identify critical steps for successfully designing a watershed wise landscape. Topics include:

  1. Sizing and siting the rainwater capture area
  2. Developing a palette of climate-appropriate plants
  3. Applying key design principles
  4. Laying out a successful planting plan

The class is free, but registration is required.   Please note, these classes are limited to customers in the California American Water service areas.

Start time is 6:00 pm.  We’ll be opening the doors a few minutes early to make sure you have plenty of time to settle into your technology.

Directions for Payment by Credit Card
Greetings. Thank you for your interest in this event!! For those of you interested in paying by credit card, you certainly can. PayPal is only the processor for our financial transactions, but you don’t have to pay that way. When you click on the Paypal button it takes you to a screen with the option to Pay by Card. After selecting that, you’ll be asked to enter your email and phone for verification. You'll then receive a secure log-in code to access payment by Credit Card. Whew!
