This workshop dives into the importance of soil health and how to create a successful edible garden. Some topics covered includes:

• The ‘soil party’ and the relationship between plants and soil
• Different types of compost and how to make them
• Alternative soil amendments
• Integrate edibles in the landscape
• Grow vegetables in planters and raised beds
• Successfully irrigate vegetables (in places that need it)
