Join us for a ZOOM Webinar on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, for a free CA Friendly and Native Plant Landscaping Class hosted by Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. This is Part I of a Two-Part series on learning how to design a yard using the four principles of gorgeous and watershed wise landscaping:
- Build A Healthy Living Soil Sponge
- Hold Rainwater on Your Property
- Select Local Native Plants that Minimize Water Use and Maximize Biodiversity
- Control Your Irrigation

The class is free, but registration is required. Sign up for Part II, Turf Removal and Garden Transformation workshop, while you’re at it. Please note, these classes are limited to customers in the Metropolitan Water District service area.
Start time is 5:00 pm. We’ll be ‘opening the doors’ at 4:45 to make sure you have plenty of time to settle into your technology.

Greetings. Thank you for your interest in this event!! For those of you interested in paying by credit card, you certainly can. PayPal is only the processor for our financial transactions, but you don’t have to pay that way. When you click on the Paypal button it takes you to a screen with the option to Pay by Card. After selecting that, you’ll be asked to enter your email and phone for verification. You'll then receive a secure log-in code to access payment by Credit Card. Whew!
