Description:

Construction begins in earnest at Torrance West High School’s Schoolyard Habitat Garden with two back-to-back Hands on Workshop (HOW) building the Sponge  Garden.  This professionally led Work Day will include installing the decomposed granite paths, planting, and sheet mulching the rest of the garden.  Join us and learn HOW to build an Ocean Friendly Garden at your own home or office!  The Workday will be led by G3 Associates Marianne Simon and Tom Rau.
